We offer a 40′ x 70′ heated storage facility, a 70’ x 168’ / 40′ x 100′ / and five 36′ x 60′ unheated storage buildings and along with outdoor storage space for up to 100 + toys. The storage facility is also armed with cameras, an advanced security system, main gate security and owner also lives on the property.
Yes, we have an advanced security system and a gated area to keep all the toys safe.
Renters will not have to park their cars, trailers or boats. Although, renters with 5th wheels will have to be able to park their toy.

Renters may drop off their toys on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm and Sundays from 8am till 12pm for the set dates indicated on the site. Renters are asked to choose their drop off and pick up dates and time when loging in.
Summer storage starts May 1st. Please make a reservation online to book your spot for summer storage.
Winter storage starts October 1st. Please refer to the Fall drop off calendar. Large units need to be in the earliest possible. If renters are not able to drop off their toys before November 1st please call to make special arrangements.
Renters need to pick up their toys by October 31st, unless winter storage has already been booked. A $55.00 monthly late charge fee will apply if renters pick up their toy later than November 1st.
Renters need to pick up their toys by May 1st, unless summer storage has already been booked. A $55.00 monthly late charge fee will apply if renters pick up their toys later than May 15th.
If renters decide to just show up at any time to pick up or drop off toys, unfortunately the owner might not always be available. It is recommended to make an appointment 24 hours before.
Once the renter has booked an appointment and it has been confirned, pick up is fast and easy.
It would be very appreciated if the renter would call the owner to advise him of the fact.

Yes, this information is requested on the contracts for legal purposes.
Renters will be asked to pay for storage when toy is dropped off at the beginning of the winter season.
Renters will have to pay for monthly fees upon time of drop off at the beginning of the summer season.
Renters will be asked to pay by cash or cheque. At the moment, credit cards are not accepted.
If a cheque bounces, the renter must pay an NSF charge of $50.00
Yes it is recommended that renters cover their boats, trailers and cars, etc.
Not recommended. It is imperative that the renter fills out the appropriate contract form online.
Yes renters can book ahead of time in the Client Area.
